1. About this shop
LOT CULTURE sells authentic vintage collectibles — posters, t-shirts, toys, vinyls and art — at lot-culture.com and through our Instagram @lot.cultures. By placing an order or contacting us to buy, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & authenticity
Every piece is one-of-one vintage stock, individually authenticated. Descriptions, sizes and conditions are stated per item, and photography reflects the actual piece you receive. Where an item is described as original vintage, that refers to the garment or printed piece itself — not a reproduction.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in USD and include the piece only, unless a framing add-on is selected at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Purchases arranged by direct message are invoiced separately and are subject to the same terms.
4. Availability
Stock is one-of-one. An item listed as sold is no longer available, and sold items are removed from the shop. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it — it remains available to others until checkout is completed.
5. Shipping
We ship internationally. Shipping cost and estimated delivery depend on destination and are confirmed before payment is charged. Framed pieces are packed with protective corner guards; museum-grade acrylic is recommended for longer journeys.
6. Returns & guarantee
Because every piece is one-of-one vintage, returns are accepted only if the item differs materially from its description or photographs, or if it is proven not to be as authenticated. In those cases we will refund the full purchase price. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange this.
7. Framing add-on
Optional framing is available for posters and art pieces at checkout, at the prices shown on our framing page. Framing is made to order for your piece.
8. Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price paid. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
